Introducing CIBNET

Some information is on the public area of the Homepage however much of it is on the "members only" section.

The CIBNET Service Agreement under CIBNET Agreement is required to gain access to the "members only" section of our CIB Internet site.

The price for this member only service is $120.00 per year plus Texas Sales Tax of 8% or $129.60
For Offices with a number of agents who subscribe for service, the pricing is as follows:

Price per member	Price per member with Sales Tax
1-4 members $120.00 per member	$129.60 per year for each member
5-10 members $90.00 per member	$97.20 per year for each member
11-20 members $80.00 per member	$86.40 per year for each member
21+ Members $72.00 per member	$77.76 per year for each member

The year starts when you join and runs until the same time the next year. Reinstatement after more than 2 months lapse will be for 10 months at the above rates.

Each member who receives service must sign the CIBNET Agreement and agree to the terms of the CIBNET agreement
The income from your subscriptions will allow us to provide and improve this service to you.

The members only area offers the ability to search previous email postings, Links to Appraisal District information and many more important links.
The ciblist, cciblist and gcciblist list servers are available to you to send email messages to CIB members in the DFW Metroplex, Central Texas and Gulf Coast areas who have an email address. Messages are generally limited to the area you serve except investor properties of over $300,000.00 in value may be sent to areas outside your home area. Members will receive that message about your product or service.
This is a service intended to add ease of searching for properties for your buyers and to submit "wants" when you are unable to find the right property. It will also provide a great method of sharing your "sellers" properties with many other agents and brokers.
